• How do I pay?

  You can use integrated payment gateway to complete the payment or you can transfer the money to our bank account Details

• Is my data safe?

  Our server is hosted inside DigitalOcean Cloud, with data backups. We also use SSL Encryption to secure end-to-end transactions. Read our data handling policy for further details.

• What if my subscription ends?

  You will get a reminder to renew your account, you can pay for the next annual subscription before the subscription ends and your new plan starts only once the old one expires. If you missed your payment your account gets locked and you will be able to use it once payment is completed. Your data will be safe for 3 months after the expired subscription.

  In case of cheque payment, on request we will resume your account.

• How can I migrate from another system? Will classblue help me?

  Yes, we will. Our support team will help in migrating your data from your existing software to Classblue.

• How can I get started and how much time it will take to understand the system?

  ClassBlue is extremely easy to learn and use. And with our video guides and many articles you can start using classblue to its full potential in minutes. In case you need further assistance, our support team will be happy to help.

• How many features will be available for the trial version?

  Trial version will have all the features available to try and use. You will get 100 SMS in trial version to try out the sms delivery.

  You can purchase the full subscriptions any time during trial and remaining trial days will get added to your annual plan.
